Replaceable investment cast carbide tipped insert teeth are the proven technology to protect your high quality saw plate from damage. The proven replaceable tooth technology means maximum up time and quick tooth changes. Damaged or dull teeth can be changed on the arbor; no need to remove the saw from service to bring it back to sharp cutting condition. Inserted Carbide Tipped teeth are available from stock with double / hollow point tips and available with LH / RH carbide tips.
Our Carbide tipped Cut Off Teeth Include:
- Kodiak 500 HP tip has a 0.500″ kerf with strong corners for good shearing action and long life.
- Kodiak 435 HP tip has a 0.435″ kerf and is ideal for Firewood Processing saws with lower horsepower, the tooth generates great shearing action and long life.
F2 tip has a 0.475″ kerf with sharp relief angles for superior shearing action and minimal power draw.
- Style 44 Lock Slot with a .450 Kerf F2 Tip has the same geometrical features as the standard F2 and is designed for 3 / 4 gauge style 44 saws.
The teeth are brazed on an investment precision cast holder and are the optimum carbide grade for log cut to length. The holder is manufactured to exacting tolerances ensuring a precise fit between saw plate and tooth. Precise fit between saw plate and saw teeth is critical for optimum saw performance and safety.
