Thanks to a new form of linear positioning, unprecedented positional accuracy is now available for all new Circle Saw Levelers. This new design operates solely on a new magnetic drive system that subsequently removes all pneumatic components completely. No more concerns about dry air, dirty air, consistent air pressure, or adjustments that are implicit of all pneumatic systems. Calibration is a snap, and cylinder timing a thing of the past. A new “open” design uses a light curtain verses an enclosure, keeping the filer aware at all times to the status of the machine. If you are looking to hot-rod your existing Armstrong pneumatic leveler, you should know that all the parts needed fit within the original machines enclosure. This upgrade can be completed in a single service day.
