The Control Tower for your #2, #4, #6, or #25 Grinder

Take Control of your Grinders Feed, Arbor SFPM (never burn a gullet again!) and use the tooth counter to automatically turn off when finished. The Arbor Brake stops the grinding wheel in seconds!

The New Control Tower is engineered with built-in Safety and efficiency features including:

Emergency Stop Button strategically placed for ease of use
A Tooth Counter to automatically shut down after a user specified number is entered
A reset function to put the tooth counter back to its preset after making adjustments
Resistive Braking to stop the grinding wheel rotation within seconds
OSHA compliant Lock Out / Tag Out functionality on the Control Tower itself
Separate On / Off switches for both the bandsaw feed and grinding wheel arbor
A cross reference chart indicating Surface Feet per Minute based on the grinding wheel diameter
Amp Meter providing real time feedback to how hard the Grinding Wheel is working
There is also a Tight Loop Identifier Option. The Tight Loop Identifier automatically shuts down the grinder if the bandsaw gets out of balance. (Example: the back feed stops feeding)

The Control Tower allows you to walk away with confidence knowing the auto shut off technology will automatically stop the grinder. Never shut down to leave for a saw change or break again!
